What you’ll do

  • Onboard new authors and walk them through the Chaptrix workflow.
  • Be the first point of contact for manuscript, typesetting and publishing questions.
  • Collect feedback and bring it into the product team in a structured way.
  • Build guides, webinars and best practices.
  • Grow activation, satisfaction and referrals.

What you bring

  • Experience in customer success, account management or publishing.
  • Excellent communication in German and English.
  • Empathy and genuine interest in authors’ goals.
  • Structured, self-directed way of working.

Nice to have

  • KDP / self-publishing experience.
  • Experience with SaaS tools.
  • Enjoys building community.
