All rolesWhat you’ll do
- Onboard new authors and walk them through the Chaptrix workflow.
- Be the first point of contact for manuscript, typesetting and publishing questions.
- Collect feedback and bring it into the product team in a structured way.
- Build guides, webinars and best practices.
- Grow activation, satisfaction and referrals.
What you bring
- Experience in customer success, account management or publishing.
- Excellent communication in German and English.
- Empathy and genuine interest in authors’ goals.
- Structured, self-directed way of working.
Nice to have
- KDP / self-publishing experience.
- Experience with SaaS tools.
- Enjoys building community.
